Privacy Policy

Operations Binder is a local-first operational continuity workspace. Supported Apple builds can use private iCloud synchronization across one operator’s Apple devices; the public Android app remains local-only.

Data you create

The app stores the operational information you enter, including workspaces, environments, systems, ownership, host and network context, approved access methods, credential-location handles, dependencies, risks, trusted-source metadata, backup and recovery guidance, recovery evidence, decisions, and migration provenance.

Local storage and platform differences

App data is stored on your device using system persistence technologies. Signed Apple App Store builds use CloudKit and your private iCloud database to synchronize the same operator's Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The public Android app is a local-only, read-only companion: it has no CloudKit, TeamAdler account, developer-operated backend, analytics, advertising, or automatic network sync. Android receives a snapshot only when you explicitly import a versioned JSON packet or workspace archive through the system document picker; it does not edit or export that snapshot.

Data TeamAdler collects

  • No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • No tracking SDKs and no cross-app tracking.
  • No sale of app data or personal information.
  • No Operations Binder account is required.
  • No AI service receives your operational content.
  • No developer-operated server receives your workspace through the app.

Support communications

If you contact support, TeamAdler receives the information you choose to include in your email and uses it to answer your request. Do not send credentials, secret values, private keys, recovery codes, or sensitive infrastructure exports. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate business record.

Exports and files

System packets and logical workspace archives are created only when you request them. They are saved to a location you choose and can contain sensitive infrastructure metadata. TeamAdler does not receive those files unless you deliberately provide them.

Retention and deletion

Your app records remain on your devices and, for supported Apple builds, in your private iCloud database until you remove them or use the platform's data-management controls. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling the Android app removes its private local state. Protected Apple-device deletion may first create an owner-only local logical archive. You must remove backups, exported archives, and other files separately when you no longer need them.

Your choices

You can stop using the app, remove local app data, manage Operations Binder's iCloud access in Apple system settings, and manage private iCloud data through Apple's available controls. On Android, you can clear the app's storage or uninstall it; source packets and archives remain in the user-controlled locations from which they were imported. Because TeamAdler does not maintain an Operations Binder account or application-data server, there is no separate TeamAdler account to close.

Platform services

CloudKit, iCloud, TestFlight, and Apple App Store distribution are Apple services. Android and Google Play distribution are Google services. Those platform services are subject to their operators' privacy terms. Apple bundle ID and Android package: com.teamadler.operationsbinder. CloudKit container used only by supported Apple builds: iCloud.com.teamadler.operationsbinder.

Policy changes

If the app’s data practices materially change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated. The effective date above identifies the current version.
