Help with your operational workspace

Support

For Operations Binder support, email support@operationsbinder.com.

For setup, Apple-device continuity, Android workspace transfer, and archive recovery instructions, start with the Operations Binder User Guide.

Reporting a problem

Include the app version and build, device model, operating-system version, affected screen, expected result, and observed result. If the issue involves sync, say which device made the change and which device has not received it.

Protect sensitive information

Do not email passwords, tokens, private keys, recovery codes, raw environment files, credential values, or unredacted infrastructure exports. Describe the issue with the minimum safe context.

Where is my data?

Operations Binder stores the workspace on your devices using system persistence. Signed Apple App Store builds use your private iCloud database to keep the same operator's Mac, iPhone, and iPad current. The public Android app is a local-only, read-only companion and receives data only when you explicitly import a packet or workspace archive. It cannot edit or export the snapshot. TeamAdler does not operate an application-data server.

Why can’t I edit on iPhone or iPad?

The mobile companion is intentionally read-only. The Mac remains the authoritative place to create, edit, import, restore, and delete operational records.

Why is a recent edit missing?

CloudKit sync is eventually consistent. Save on the Mac, keep both devices online, and allow the Mac app to export the change. Switching away from the Mac app can prompt a queued export; then foreground the mobile app and wait for the change to arrive.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes. Apple devices retain their local cache and receive private iCloud changes after connectivity returns. Android uses only its private on-device state and explicit workspace-archive files, so its core workflow does not require a network connection.

How do I update the Android snapshot?

Export a versioned Operations Binder packet or workspace archive from the authoritative Mac editor, transfer it through a user-controlled path, and review its workspace identity before importing it on Android. Android cannot edit, merge, or export the snapshot; import a newer source file whenever the operational record changes.

How do I back up the workspace?

On the Mac, choose Data → Export Workspace Archive, then verify the archive with Data → Verify Workspace Archive. Keep the resulting file in a private, independently backed-up location.

How do I delete data?

Use the Mac app to delete systems, environments, or individual context records. Protected deletion creates an owner-only local archive first. Delete that backup and any exports separately when your retention policy allows.
